Detailed Explanation of the Research Topic
The project developed a new technology called FSA-scWB to improve traditional single-cell protein detection methods (scWB). Traditional scWB often struggles to detect low-abundance proteins in single cells and analyze multiple target proteins at once, which limits its use. Our FSA-scWB solves these problems by enhancing the detection signal and enabling repeated analysis without damaging samples. It has also been proven effective in studying the effects of certain drugs at the single-cell level, making it more practical for biological and medical research.

I assisted a senior lab member in his diabetes research by performing daily data collection (e.g., body weight tracking) and routine animal husbandry (e.g., urine sampling, cage maintenance).
